As a licenced Mental Health First Aid (England) Trainer – MILITARY MINDSET founder, Allistair McNab, delivers certificated courses that will enhance individual knowledge and peoples abilities to help and support those in need. 

Currently Allistair can deliver the Mental Health First Aid (Adult) course. This is a 2 day accredited course covering aspects such as non-judgemental listening, frame of reference as well as signs and symptoms. The fee and delivery methods may be negotiated depending on location, services provided and business needs.
